Karla Nickolas-Swatski, MD, FAAP
Pediatrics
Dr. Swatski was born in Middlesex County, NJ. She graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Chemistry. She then obtained her M.D. from Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Swatski completed her Pediatric Residency at St. Christophers Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Swatski has been working in suburban Philadelphia since 1994, is on active staff at both Bryn Mawr and Lankenau Hospitals.
Dr. Swatski is married to Michael Swatski, a Pediatrician. They have 3 sons and 2 Grandchildren.
Dr. Swatski has a special interest in mental health and is a REACH TRAINED Pediatriacian. The REACH INSTITUTE equips Pediatricians with the latest evidence- based therapies to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. She also has an interest in caring for infants, young children and preventative medicine, and enjoys seeing children of all ages.
